Quick answer
Cleontra provides window cleaning across Sydney for shopfronts, offices, showrooms, clinics, cafés, strata common areas and low-rise commercial buildings. Interior and exterior glass, frames, sills and partitions can be cleaned one-off or on a regular schedule, and most jobs are quoted from your details without a site visit. High-rise or rope-access work is not provided.
First impressions
A shopfront or reception with streaked, dusty glass reads as neglected before anyone walks in. Regular window cleaning is one of the cheapest presentation improvements a small business can make, and it is easy to schedule around trading hours.
| Area | Task | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Shopfront glass and doors | Exterior clean, frames and sills | Fortnightly |
| Entry and reception glass | Interior and exterior, fingerprints | Weekly |
| Office windows | Exterior, reachable levels | Monthly |
| Internal partitions | Spot clean, detail clean | Monthly |
| Awnings and signage glass | Clean with window service | Quarterly |
What’s included
Windows, doors and shopfront panels cleaned to a streak-free finish, including reachable upper levels.
Inside faces of windows, entry doors, reception glass and internal partitions.
Wiped down as part of the service so the whole window looks clean, not just the pane.
Illuminated signage, display cases and cabinet glass on request.
Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly visits at a set price, with a reminder before each visit.
Before opening, after a fit-out, ahead of an inspection or when the glass simply needs it.
Method
Ground-level and shopfront glass is usually cleaned with traditional squeegee and applicator work. For reachable upper-level windows we use water-fed pole systems with purified water where the glass and frames suit it, which leaves no residue and avoids ladders against the building.
Tinted, coated or self-cleaning glass is identified before we start so the correct products are used.

Limits
Where a building needs any of these, we say so at the quote stage rather than working around it.
Window cleaning is priced on the amount of glass, whether interior and exterior faces are included, the levels involved, access and how often the service runs. Small shopfronts are often a fixed price per visit; larger premises are priced by the amount of glass. Regular schedules cost less per visit than one-off cleans.
Usually, yes. The suburb, type of premises, a rough count of windows or metres of glass and whether upper levels are involved are normally enough. A quick photo of the frontage helps.
Most shopfronts are cleaned fortnightly, with high-traffic hospitality and retail entries weekly. Office windows are typically monthly or quarterly. The schedule can be adjusted after the first few visits.
Yes. Early-morning service before trading is the most common arrangement for shopfronts and cafés, so the glass is clean for the first customer and there is no interruption during the day.
Reachable upper-level windows on low-rise buildings can be cleaned using water-fed pole systems. Cleontra does not provide high-rise, rope-access or elevated-work-platform window cleaning.
Yes. Window cleaning can be added to a small-business or commercial cleaning program as a scheduled periodic task, so it is planned rather than remembered.
