Quick answer
Cleontra provides warehouse and industrial cleaning across Sydney for operational sites that need cleaning scheduled around shifts, deliveries and production. Services can include amenities, site offices, lunchrooms, suitable floor care, machine scrubbing and periodic cleaning.
Not just a large office
A warehouse isn’t an office with more square metres. Forklifts, loading doors, dust accumulation and shift patterns change what can be cleaned, when, and with what equipment.
Cleontra plans the scope with the site operation in mind, so cleaning fits around the business rather than interrupting it.
| Area | Task | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Staff amenities | Clean toilets and change areas | Daily |
| Lunchroom | Benches, floors, bins | Daily |
| Site office | Vacuum and surface clean | Scheduled |
| Entry and high-traffic zones | Presentation clean | Daily |
| Warehouse floor | Sweep or machine clean | Scheduled |
| Deep floor clean | Machine scrub | Periodic |
| External hardstand | Pressure clean | Periodic |

Scheduled detail work beyond the everyday scope.
Floor care
Warehouse flooring accumulates dust, tyre marks, spill residue and tracked-in debris faster than almost any other commercial surface. Depending on the floor type and site conditions, Cleontra can provide or coordinate:
The right method depends on the floor surface, site activity, contamination type and safety requirements — which is why the floor is assessed before a method is recommended.

Access and safety
Before servicing an industrial site, access arrangements, operating zones, cleaning windows and site-specific requirements need to be clearly understood.
Cleontra works with your site representative to identify cleaning areas, access procedures, induction requirements and any operational restrictions relevant to the agreed service.
Site types
Cleontra does not hold licences for hazardous material or contaminated waste cleaning and does not offer those services. Where a site requires them, we’ll say so at inspection.
Warehouse cleaning costs vary with floor area, floor condition and contamination level, the number of amenities and office areas, cleaning frequency, shift pattern, access, and whether specialist services such as machine scrubbing or pressure cleaning are required. Because industrial sites differ substantially, a site inspection is usually needed to prepare an accurate scope and quote.
It depends on traffic volume, forklift use, dust, spills, the floor surface and presentation standards. High-traffic distribution sites often need machine cleaning weekly or fortnightly, while lower-traffic facilities may only require scheduled periodic scrubbing.
Yes. Depending on the site, cleaning can be scheduled during quieter periods, after hours, overnight or on weekends to avoid interfering with operations.
Yes. Cleontra can provide or arrange machine floor scrubbing for suitable commercial and industrial flooring, with the machine and pad or brush system selected to match the surface and soil level.
Yes. A single scope can combine warehouse areas, amenities, lunchrooms and office spaces into one coordinated program with one point of contact.
Yes. Larger industrial properties are best assessed through a site inspection so the cleaning scope, timing, equipment and labour requirements can be properly understood before a quote is issued.
