How we work
Most cleaning problems are scope problems. A contract gets priced on an hourly figure, nobody writes down what happens weekly versus quarterly, and six months later the floors look tired and everyone is frustrated.
Cleontra starts the other way around: inspect the site, define the scope by area and frequency, separate routine work from periodic work, and price the hours that scope actually requires.

- Hazardous material and contaminated waste cleaning

- Domestic and residential house cleaning
- High-rise window cleaning and height access work requiring rope or EWP licensing
Where a site needs any of these, we’ll say so at inspection rather than working around it.
Reviews and case studies
Cleontra publishes only genuine client reviews and completed project photos. You won’t find:
- Stock imagery presented as Cleontra’s work
- Logos of businesses Cleontra has not serviced
- Imported reviews with no verifiable source
- Before-and-after images published without client approval
