How Cleontra handles the information you provide through this website.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, quote request or inspection booking, we collect your name, contact details, company or organisation, property details, and any photos, floor plans or documents you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a cleaning scope and quotation, arrange a site inspection, and follow up on a proposal we have sent you. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

Storage and retention

Form submissions are received through our website hosting provider’s form service (Netlify) and delivered to our business email. Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Marketing

We do not add enquirers to a marketing list without consent, and we do not pre-tick consent boxes. Any email we send in response to your enquiry relates to that enquiry.

Access and correction

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@cleontra.com.au.
