Tell us about the site
We’ll come back with a practical next step — a short call, an inspection time, or a straight answer that we’re not the right fit.
Quick answer
Request a commercial cleaning scope, quote or site inspection from Cleontra by providing the property type, suburb, approximate size, cleaning frequency, operating hours and the issue that needs attention. Floor projects can be assessed initially from photographs.
Thanks — we’ve received your enquiry
Cleontra will review your cleaning requirements and contact you about the next step. For larger or more complex properties, we may recommend a site inspection before preparing a proposal.

Site inspections
Book a site inspection
For anything larger than a small suite, an inspection produces a far more accurate scope than a phone estimate. We walk the property, confirm access and identify the periodic work a site actually needs before quoting it.
Tell us when suits and we’ll confirm a time — we don’t use an open calendar, so inspections are scheduled against real availability.
- Usually 30–45 minutes on site
- No cost and no obligation
- Written scope follows within a few business days
Inspection request received
We’ll confirm a time that works for the site and send a calendar confirmation. If it’s urgent, call 0404 252 991.
Quoting and inspections
How long does it take to get a cleaning quote?
For straightforward properties, Cleontra usually responds within one business day and can often quote from the information provided. Larger or more complex sites require a site inspection first, which typically adds a few business days.
Is the site inspection free?
Yes. Site inspections and quotes are provided at no cost and with no obligation.
What information do you need to quote?
At minimum: the property type, suburb, approximate floor area, cleaning frequency and operating hours. Photos, a floor plan or an existing scope of works make the quote considerably more accurate.
Can you quote from photos?
For floor cleaning, carpet cleaning and one-off work, photos plus an approximate area are often enough for an initial assessment. Recurring contracts and larger sites are better assessed on site.
